Spell Power:
The % and spellpower factors will decrease the lengthy focus time and increase the duration of the enchantment on your weapon. It will not increase the Chance-To-Hit bonus.
This spell adds a To-Hit bonus on the weapon. Against monsters, it will also give a noticeable damage bonus. This bonus doesn't affect players however.
A very useful spell for killing certain monsters like trolls and the Ghost of Far'nohl who take very little damage or simply shrug off normal weapons.
Weapon Secret:
The Sword of Riija has a permanent Enchant Weapon/Kraanan dedication.
