One of the most underrated spells Qor has in it's arsenal. At 50%+ this will zap a creature or player's might by 20 points. The effect lasts for quite some time ... or at least until it's purified away.
Update: Enfeeble removes Super Strength from the victim, so it can actually take a char's might from 50 down to about 4!
