Ya, from what I gather both servers are fuxx0red.

Mana and HP don't regen.
Monsters won't fight back.
AEs and PEs are permenant. This includes blind/hold
Seems bodies and stuff won't poof.

Someone said it sounds like a timer or the server time is stuck. That sounds like a good idea.

Maybe they'll hold a perma frenzy till it's fixed, but it won't be too much fun with perma-1HP. That's what's happening on 102.

I hope noone will use this to their advantage like PKing and crap. =)
