An e-mail was sent out to newsletter subscribers this afternoon reporting that there would be no newsletter this week. It did, however, include some comments on the status of international billing. The text is as follows.

Sorry all, no newsletter this week. We'll be back next week with more
newsletter goodness.

Quick update on international billing... We're in what we think is the final
stage of getting it running. We'll do our best to have it online by Monday,
hopefully sooner, but no promises. We'll send out a mailing when the
international billing is live. Thanks to all of our international fans for
their understanding and support.
