It appears that 3DO is attempting to salvage Dark Auspices.. Beta testing is under way but it is not known when they will apply all the patches. I do know that before all of this the stat bugs were fixed so I assume this pertains to a smaller list of things, such as the Xeochicatl being fixed and brought into the game forever..
