- A'ach Tezcha/Tezcha A'ach - Ko'catan's efficient military government, comprised of generals. Only on the Tezcha's birthday may citizens wear a fabric containing real, gold thread.
- achalot nuts - a common seasoning and popular snack
- ak - merchant
- atz - mystical (?)
- Avar'ot Kici'ca - Avar army
- Avar'ya - Avar shaman, magical Avars
- Balo na'te Din - the battle or place where Oxal ix'Tokak lost his right arm
- browncorn - the staple food of the Ko'catani people, can be baked with palm grouse for a wonderful evening meal.

- cha'ya - diplomat (?)
- chot - expletive, akin to Qordammit
- ermine - rare, fur-bearing jungle animal
- hopit - a crab, its shell can be crushed to make a blue die

- napyijoa - vermin, sewer rats
- pekonch - a thick wine made from the island's grapes, traditionally served in copper mugs. It comes in two main varieties: teot, comparable to a hefty merlot, and kin which is fruity and light enough to be enjoyed by anyone. Wulfgang: Atz'pekonch, the finest Kocatani wine, got it through military connections.
