This gem was created by the great alchemist, Froz, in a secret process known only to him. Rumor has it that it is a conduit for mystical aggression. Your hand tingles when you hold it.

This item greatly increases the damage of touch spells (Touch of Flame, etc) only.

10-31-04 Update: Jewel of Froz now uses mana to enhance the damage of spells. Obviously, using two JoFs will use more mana.

It can be found in the Underground Lake.

You need a key to get to the underground lake, which is off of the Icky caves. They can be obtained from lupoggs and from various courier quests.
