This feathered totem is often the objective of quests set upon mortals by the Bards of the world of Meridian.

The totem must be held when in possession, and is dropped when removed from use.

Since it can not be vaulted, or held in inventory after logoff... Only Gods can use them. They are normally used as fetch items for scavenger hunts.
