Open and pleasant. Wood floors, with a podium for the guildmaster to stand in meetings. The chest is far in the back of the hall, but the switch is disturbingly close to the entrance.
This hall also has two doors, and bushes to hide in, making it a fairly easy steal.
On the bright side, it has a very nice dining area and bar and plenty of space.
Couldn't be in a better location, either.
The funnest feature is available to only the GM. When in the office, in the northernmost part of the hall say "privacy" or "no privacy" to make the curtains go up and down.
