Before you stands a woman of many years, though the lines only show near her eyes. She carries a strange hammer, and speaks oddly as well. She claims to be a traveller from another Meridian, and spins tall tales about her background.

She will also enchant weapons, at a price. She is from a long line of enchanters, gifted with otherworldly magics, and adept in the art of making weapons more powerful.

Arasta will not do work for those that murder, or those that are not worthy, being too young or unskilled. She has a way to see into your soul, and tell how skilled you are in the arts of weaponcraft.

She has never heard of the gods here, or the history of the 59th Meridian.
